SENSEI  Rumadha Fundi juu ya kuwa ni Ssnsei (mwalim) wa karate na mwakilishi aliyeteuliwa na kupewa dhamana ya kuiongoza Jundokan Karate Do Tanzania na Kancho Miyazato rais wa Jundokan Karate Do Duniani.

Pia ni mwalim mkufunzi wa sanaa ya YOGA wa ngazi ya juu kabisa ya mwisho kwa lugha ya YOGA ni AVADHUTA ni kipindi kirefu sana tangu afikie ngazi hiyo mwaka 1992 kwenye makao makuu yao mjini Calcutta India.

Toka hapo mwaka 1992, toka kwa master au Guruji, Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiji, Calcutta, India. 

Ni mtanzania pekee mwenye ngazi ya cheo hicho cha juu katika mafunzo ya Yoga yaani "avadhuta".

Cheo hicho ni dhamana kubwa ktk uchambuzi wa sanaa hiyo ya YOGA na ngazi za juu za meditation,  ufundishwa kwa Avadhuta pekee, pia philosophy ya YOGA,

lazima ujue kuhusu asanas na meditation kama mwalim.

Mwalim huyu wa hizi sanaa mbili KARATE na YOGA, alihitimu mafunzo yake ya YOGA college of Neo Humanistic Studies 1987 kule Gullringen Sweden na kwenda kufanya mtihani wa mwisho mjini Calcutta India kwenye makao makuu ya chama hicho na kufauru mtihani na ndio alipotunukiwa utambulisho kama mkufunzi mkuu wa sanaa hii ya YOGA yenye cheo cha juu kabisa cha mwisho AVADHUTA. 

Pata darasa la tiba asilia kupitia mazoezi ya Yoga kutoka kwa sensei Rumadha Fundi huyu pichani.

Tafadhali, "search google" faida za haya mazoezi kutumia jina la kila pose kujua faida zake.

1. SAVASANA:

Lower blood pressure; decrease heart rate; decrease muscle tension and metabolic rate.

2. BHUJAUNGASA:

Strengthens spine and stretches shoulders' muscles and abdomen.

3.MATSYENDRASANA: Relieves back pain and alleviate stiffness between vertebrates.

4. DHANURASANA:

Stimulates internal organs, abdomen and neck. Strengthens entire front body , ankles,thighs, hips, throat and chest.

5. SARVANGASANA:

The powerhouse of all Yoga poses. Decrease stress and depression. Strengthens shoulders, legs, and calm head aches. Improve blood circulation to upper body and brain.

6. MAYURASANA:

Removes toxins in the body, detoxifies body. Improve digestive system.

7.PADMASANA:

Concentration, focus and awareness. Ligaments flexible.
